Arthur Boyd
Arthur Boyd was a Civil & Consulting Engineer who worked with the Sydney City Council, the Electricity Commission of NSW, the Local Government Appeals Tribunal. He was later Executive Officer of the Institution of Engineers Australia, Sydney Division.
